Bidrage med feedbackThey were having trouble processing the purchase of gift cards. The manager didn't give up until he completed the task, even though he didn't get done until 10 minutes after the store closed. Really appreciated the perseverance.
Cashier didn't know how to process a meal order. It took several minutes to flag down a coworker to help her out. We weren't given the sundae that was part of the meal deal even so. Service aside, food was good and served up quickly. Definitelyrecommend DQ, but maybe another location.
Likely the worst drive thru in Plymouth. Signs in the line say they close at 9. I waited 10 minutes in line then got to the ordering menu and three times had such awful static I could not even tell what they were trying to tell me. Eventually I couldmake out we 're closed , even though it was only 8:25pm. I know it 's not easy to get help these days, but it wouldn 't be thathard to put up better signage. I don 't know why the cars in front of me were able to order but I was not. They also don 't seemterribly concerned about worker safety. It was after dark and when I left the line I nearly ran over an employee who was takingout the trash in their poorly lit drive thru line. Seriously, go to Culver 's instead. Better hours, better food, and a drivethru that you can hear through. I used to love dq but I 'm no longer sure why this place still exists.
Showed up Friday early evening and all the doors were locked and a customer had to let us in. Great! Only one person in front of us who had been through the drive thru trying to get there order corrected. After 5 minutes of standing in warm stale airand observing the movement behind the counter I knew I had made a mistake. Went to Culver?s and enjoyed a good meal.
It 's Dairy Queen....! You get what you pay for, right? Lunch hour lines are fairly quick. PROTIP: Sometimes the neighboring business has their 'garage-garbage door ' open (parallel with the drive through line) you can only imagine the smells if youhave the windows town. Luckily, that 's a rarity..
