We (my husband, 4-month-old girl, dog and I) stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and we were very happy. Our room had a comfortable and good-sized bed, wardrobe and spacious bathroom (the bathtub area could be modernised, but nothing tragical). Common areas: it has a fairly large and well-kept garden where children can play, with garden tables and chairs. The Superior rooms overlook this garden directly through the glazed terrace. It also has a common area accessible to all guests, glazed, with a fridge, sofas and a table with chairs, very nice. Breakfast: €10 per person: it is a buffet, you can repeat as many times as you want and it consists of: orange juice, cereals (2 types), hot and cold milk, coffee, tea (several types), a mountain of crepes with jams (several flavours), honey, nutella, chocolate, sugar... normal and sliced bread that can be toasted, homemade cake, croissants, Neapolitans/pan au chocolat/chocolatines, yoghurts, apple compote, cold meats, cheeses, fruits. .. we only took it on the last day and thanks to another guest who recommended it to us. Location: it is not in the town, it is in a very quiet area on the outskirts. You have a 17-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the nearest bakery or supermarket. Honestly, if the weather is good it is a very pleasant walk, I did it every morning with my dog, there is a sidewalk all the way and it is smooth (without slopes), in 30 minutes I was coming and going. Services: super clean room with daily cleaning service, super friendly and close staff. Communication with all staff in English without problem. They provide cafeteria service and even a restaurant for dinner (we didn 't use it but we saw people having dinner). You can pay by credit card, checks, cash and/or Cheques Vacances. I have been going to the Beaucemaine Relay for a few years, I have always been satisfied, I went back for two days in October, (change of ownership), there is no longer any home-made cooking, all in jars heated in the microwave, the breakfast is expensive for what is served, cooked cheese under a dome, brown, the dried ham did not make me want to try cottage cheese, good bread on the other hand. It's a shame because the staff are welcoming, smiling, available. There is a big screen TV but no antenna?? the channel is available from time to time (dropout), it's because of England, we responded.
