I think he has a serious case of OCD disease. you have to tell him everything quickly and it has to be told away. when they adapt to their eating, he is crazy and tries to change it to his way. What is the point of it? If you say something wrong, then he regulates you and forces you to say it to his wise. this man urgently needs mental health advice. I hope more people come forward and make reviews. this man should not annoy customers as he does and thinks he is the owner he can come away with him. order on the phone and order in person will be the same result an unpleasant experience.
Glad to see I’m not the only one who had a bad experience here. The gentleman who took my order, Robert, was extremely rude. It’s a shame because the food is good, but that won’t be enough to make me come back. Never put up with rude staff. If someone is rude to you they don’t want your business.
I am thoroughly disappointed with this deli! I called to place an order at 11:30 am for delivery. As soon as I said delivery, we were off to a bad start. The guy Robert said that he didn't know when we would get our food. I said if it is within an hour or so that was fine. He started yelling at someone while on the phone with me. Then continued with What do you want in a disrespectful manner. I started the order stating I needed a half wrap. He interrupts me and says That's all you want to order for deliver . He was extremely rude, I then responded I have an entire order more to go. Then I decided this is not worth the amount of aggravation, I told him never mind this is not worth it and hung up. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced! I will never call them again!
Owner Robert prevents anyone from picking up the phone other than him. Sadly he is very unpleasant to deal with. Very uncomfortable ordering with him. Wish the other employees would pick up the phone because they have more respect for their customers than he does. Wish they can teach him a thing or two about how to be respectful!
Part owner Robert Spitaliari is constantly rude , condescending, and aggressive towards customers on the phone and in person. It’s a shame an owner talks to paying customers this way.
