Bidrage med feedbackTakes coupon with no problem. Gave less amount of vegetables than most of the other subway stores, though you could try asking for more and may succeed. Not super friendly, a bit unwelcoming compared with most other subway stores I a subtle way.
They lie about coupons and charge more. The Indian lady working their had a horrible attitude and charged us extra. Would not recommend.
Moldy Bread!!! ?I don't expect much from a Subway, but this is just disgusting! I'd already gotten through a good two thirds of my foot long sub when I noticed the distinctly non-bread-like strands. I don't know if it was just that one spot, but rule of thumb seems to be if some is visible, there's far more under the surface.My $18 for 3 footlongs coupon did work though, dispite the cashiers initial insistence that it wouldn't.
Also doesn't take coupons, even from seniors. Pretty sad business practice. Visit the one on Stanley blvd in Livermore by Taco Bell. They do accept coupons and are super friendly.
Very, very rude. I tried to make sure this was not a one off but it happens every time.Attempting to use a coupon:If you ask to use a coupon, you 're met with stone cold stares with laser eyes at best and outright hostility, eye rolling, rude mutterings under their breath but obviously audible, telling you to stop wasting their time or to go somewhere else at worst. I 've experienced both by rude staff here.Treating customers differently:Also, they appear to be treating people based on race. This is based on my personal experiences. As a minority, when I approach while dressed professionally and say hello politely to the staff behind the counter and smile and ask how are you, I am treated like dirt. This is by the staff behind the counter as well as the staff cleaning up the floor and parts of the restaurant. They ignore these polite statements. They don 't even acknowledge it and stand there and huff like you are wasting their time. They don 't even say, What would you like? or How can I help? let alone even a single hi . In addition, they never say thank you or bye let alone a have a nice day to me. Every single time. No matter how nice you are to them, they treat you like dirt and never say anything positive or respond positively.But...what is upsetting and very disappointing is...When the 30-something white guy behind me approached the counter next to me to order immediately after I did, the staff--who don 't know him as it 's apparent he doesn 't know the staff--fawned over him, smiled, flirted, asked him how he was, and said have a nice day and have you been here before? We 'd love to see you more to him, then see you later, hope to see you soon , broadly smiled, and waved while thanking him profusely. They even held open the door for him, smiled, and said, have a wonderful day when he left, but staff did not even acknowledge me with even a grunt when I said, have a nice day, bye right next to staff sweeping by the door when I left shortly after he left as I had gone to get my fountain drink and witnessed this exchange. To add insult to injury, the staff even accepted a coupon easily from him with no protestations, which they did not with me. They did not accept my coupon even though it was valid, not folded, completely clean, presented well, original, and not even close to being expired. The disparity of their treatment to certain customers based on appearance is sickening.Be prepared to be treated like the plague unless you have a certain appearance. This is shocking that it happened in 2023 but I 'm not surprised because it happens repeatedly. This was not the first time at all. It 's just one example. This is ridiculous and shocking because it happened right in front of me. No attempt to even conceal it. Either way, it 's unacceptable. So I take my business elsewhere. Corporate will be hearing about this.
