Jersey Mike's - Pleasanton

The sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious and the employees are very friendly. However, the owner needs to improve in ensuring that the employees are not overwhelmed, particularly on Sundays. When something goes wrong, the understaffed employees have a difficult time handling it.

I enjoy Jersey Mike's, but this particular location is quite dirty. There are five employees working and the bathroom is in a dirty condition. They need to improve maintenance.

Subway is overly expensive. I was charged an extra $1.50 just to add cheese to a tuna sandwich! The choices of condiments were also very limited. I won't be going back again after this experience.

Jersey Mike's is the best chain sandwich out there. High quality ingredients. The Roast Beef tastes homemade. I love Mike's Way with the vinegar and oil and seasonings.

Don't pre-pay for your food, it'll take them 22 mins to get it out. A good tip means nothing, avoid. (Edit: 28 minutes, long blonde hairs in the food, staffs first day maybe?
