Senor Taco - Playa del Carmen

We found this cool little restaurent only from 5. ave in playa del carmen and we went back 3 times (within our 4 days stay)! great food, but we also need to meet the owner who is such a wonderful person! I recommend this. space for everyone!

AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE! this place was the best, we drove to playa at the last minute and stopped for food. We are chips, salsa, guacamole and shrimp taco connoisseurs. It’s what we all order at every restaurant, and Senor Taco was a 10/10 on...all of those things. So delicious, fresh and authentic. The home made corn tortillas were to die for. Clean bathroom. Staff was very accommodating and kind, catering to our dietary needs. Could not recommend more!

Very tasty, plenty, cheap delicious tacos and varied authentic Mexican food. I live in Playa del Carmen and know quite a few places. This one has different dishes from all over Mexico, try especially the tlayudas, originally from Oaxaca. The owners spouse brought the receipt...from home and makes them herself. Incredible also the Guacamole, with special secret ingredients. Don't miss on that one!

We exected this to be a chain by the name and logo. But we were starved and it was late, so we stopped in. Our server, whom I thought was in his 20' and was named Carlos, turned out to be only 16 years old,...and was phenomenal, giving us great service and good tips and information. The place is family owned. I ordered arroz with mole and it was the best ever! Everything was wonderful and good service and prices. The sangria was especially good, and the fajitas were amazing. It was one of our favorite places of the entire vacation.

Mexican food, nice served, delicios. The restaurant is near central, easy to get there and close to the beach. I recommend.
