Pollo Tropical - Plantation

I ordered this chicken wrap, and drove away without looking, it was bad. Seems like they took the wrap straight from fridge and place chopped chicken on it. The wrap wasn’t toasted and it was hard and cold.

What can I say. Delicious, fresh advertising.And what's on time?The place was clean and the people was friendly.We had a good time. Try it and tell me how you like it.

Staff can't take orders right even with face-to-face order taking in the drive thru.

The guy in the parking lot taking orders was so polite, and even gave my Godmother her senior citizen discount.

Very bad... they were rude and inattentive... I didn't understand why... in the end I understood that they only served people of color or Afros.
