Fantastic restaurant, way above the other restaurants on the island. The very young cook, 29 years old and of Albanian origin, is very talented. This restaurant would have 1 star in France for its taste quality. An incredible sea bass with eggplant and fennel puree where the skin of the fish is grilled and prepared to be eaten. THANKS.
