Bidrage med feedbackWell, was going to get my regular burger or even try the new chili cheeseburger. unfortunately I tried the new chicken club. I will say the girl that took my order in Plano at coit rd were both helpful and friendly. the peppercorm ranch chicken club mayhave been okay but there was so much peppercorn ranch I honestly couldn't eat it. I took 2 bites and tasted terrible. chickenwas hot, but threw it away. didn't like cheese they put on it either but mainly while thing was drowning in ranch. even glfastfood cooks should know how to make a sandwich. fries were hot but just seemed different.
I am relieved that I do not live in this city. I always thought Whataburgers were known for their high standards, but this particular location fell short. Despite being the second person in line at the drive-thru in the morning, it still took us 20 minutes to receive our food. To make matters worse, they forgot to give me my biscuits and gravy, so I had to go inside to retrieve them. Additionally, my pancakes were fragile and fell apart easily, resembling a crumbled cake. Whataburger's pancakes are usually the best, so this was disappointing. I do not plan on returning to this location, as it seemed as though the employees were not attentive and possibly under the influence. Despite having 10 people working inside, the service was excruciatingly slow.
I have to admit that Whataburger has really declined in quality since they were bought out. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but after my recent experience, I will not be returning. I ordered the Whatachick sandwich and it was served ice cold with tough, old chicken that was impossible to chew. I had to argue with management to get a refund. Before the change in ownership, the food was always hot and fresh. Now, it's just not worth it. I will not be going back.
I love Whataburger, but the Coit and Mapleshade location is the worst one I've been to in Texas. I ordered two #1s with no sauces through the drive-thru, paid at the window, and was told to pull up for my food. After waiting in my car for 20 minutes, I went inside and the manager apologized for forgetting my order. This location has gotten my order wrong multiple times, even giving me completely incorrect items. For example, last week I ordered a #2 with only cheese, onions, and bacon, but received a #1 with everything on it and mustard. I don't understand how they can mess up an order that badly. I think I'm done with Whataburger.
This was my 3rd visit to this place on Coit. All the time the sandwiches that we ordered are always cold. I emphasized that I want my sandwich hot like fresh, but it?s always cold. I went one time last Dec on K Ave at 8pm. All our sandwiches 6 of us werehot, fresh and so good. If only your sandwiches are freshly made, you can tell, I believe you will have more clients. It?s toobad that even your server are not friendly, and lazy. This is a great comment, not to destroy you but to make your businessbetter. I came at 7pm hardly have any clients. Maybe because of the weather. But seriously speaking, you want more customerslisten to what I wrote and I promise you, your business will be better.
