Long John Silver's - Plano

Very disappointed. Everything was a different quality than Long John Silvers. The coleslaw was thrown away. The tarter sauce was just a dollap of mayonnaise. I asked for red sauce and was given malt vinegar. The hush puppies were okay, but not Long John Silvers hushpuppies. Only a small few of the batter chips. I ordered two of the two-piece fish and chips. So basically, 4 small pieces of fish and 4 hush puppies for 21 dollars. Smh

They have changed their tartar sauce and it is not near as good as what it used to be several years ago and they charge for crumbs now which is really kind of sad

The majority of the store is just dirty like the tables and floor. The food is mid even when it's fresh and water is apparently not free. The guy that served seemed nice

Always slow. And, they make you wait in the drive thru reserved parking lot so it doesn’t count against their service time. Ridiculous!

I was there an hour ago and picked up a to go order. The order was for 8 pieces of shrimp meal and 2 pieces of fish meal. Just got home. No shrimps both boxes have 2 pieces of fish? I live 20 minutes away , I am not driving back to get the shrimp. Staff should have cross checked the order. Not good!
