Jaffa Bbq - Plano

It is a nice cozy place across Oasis grocery store and restaurant. The manager welcomed us warmly. We ordered a platter for 2, which was good for 3 people. Food is nice.

This place was clean and friendly. They quickly sat us, we ordered the family platter and it fed 8 adults. The naan was so fresh and delicious. Great place

Honest review for 09/02/2023Please be patient if you go there for dine in and be ready to wait for approx 45mins once you place an order.Neat and clean place. We ordered combo 1 and grilled fish cost us around $56.00 which is not at all bad. Chicken seekh kabab, chicken malai boti and chicken tikka leg quarter were 10/10. I personally dont like the fish as it was way too dry and have no flavors and wasn’t expecting this kind of fish for $21.99Next time I dont think I will be getting fish but other combos.. yes I would definitely tryA little coaching need to be done with floor manager (skinny man with glasses that not to argue with chef, he was literally yelling at chef which I personally think wasn’t good. When chef was saying not to create all this drama in front of customers. seems like manager is over worked and frustrated because he was doing alot, all by himself or may be he need sometime off)I took one star away for fish taste and for manager’s attitude towards his peers

I was on a rush, ordered food, the server didn't mention its going to take 20-30 mins, comes midway and notifies me that.I try to order something else instead, he said I can't cancel it. ?‍Not the type of behavior I would expect from a Halal restaurant.

Great experience ordering take out from Jaffa. Everything was prepared to perfection and packed really well. We ordered the combo platters and our guests really enjoyed the succulent kebabs and chicken pieces. We also ordered some salads. Everything was fresh and had a beautiful charcoal grill taste. Will be ordering again soon.
