Bidrage med feedbackI don't know if the young lady working the drive thru just wanna be at work or what but it was a struggle for her, it seemed. My husband got sweet tea that we went back through the drive thru to exchange, he said it was nasty.Also, I asked for the sauce for the tiny tacos she tossed 1 in the bag as if I asked for my order for free or something. However the food was super fresh.
06/10/22 Friday Great customer service. Same place as Texaco gas station. She forgot to give my receipt. The chicken sandwich tasted awesome :
This place piqued my interest, but I was underwhelmed. The burger proportions are odd, and it's difficult to put it in your mouth. The toppings slide out from the bottom whenever you take a mouthful. The beef burger was greasy and tasteless. The fries were greasy and soggy. I was disappointed because the cashier and cook were both quite pleasant. Who knows, maybe it was just a bad day. I'm thinking about giving it another shot and updating my review.
Not very happy with my recent visit this evening. I will start by saying the young lady helping us with our order was very polite and professional. My issues are not with her. I wanted a breakfast sandwich and was told they were not serving breakfast. Jack In The Box serves breakfast all day so I was shocked by this . My wife ordered an assortment of tacos which we took home to eat. They tasted nothing like what the tacos normally taste like. I could tell the oil used to fry them was old and some of the tacos were over oiled and leaking. It left a bitter aftertaste and they were just not good. Will definitely look to dining at other locations from now on.
I ordered on the mobile app the other day just to get to the restaurant and find that it isn’t even open. The girl working just kept telling me she was the only one there and she can’t do everything by herself… okay but what about my money? She said she didn’t know how to do that either and to call corporate. Okay, it’s been two days, I’ve sent two different refund request forms and called the district manager (who didn’t answer) and I have yet to receive a refund or even be contacted about it. I’m really disappointed. If your store isn’t open, then turn off your mobile app ordering, or at the very least don’t make us jump through hoops to get our money back..
