Jack In The Box - Plano

Don't go to this place after 5pm any day. They always get your order wrong. 3rd time is a charm. Ordered 2 ultimate bacon cheeseburgers and neither one had bacon on it. Other time I wanted fries instead of a hash brown, still got the Hashbrown no fries. First time ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they didn't add the extras I paid for. It's really annoying.

We have a Jack in the box in Murphy, that's not good. We gave this place a chance to redeem and boy ever did it. Great food, as we remember years ago. Thank you. Food: 5/5

3-Nov-22 (18:30): After returning home about 1 mile from the restaurant I discovered that my order was wrong. When I arrived at the restaurant to return the order, I explained the situation. The gentleman who worked the window for the evening destroyed the misunderstanding and insisted that I adopt a new order. I was very impressed by his professional demeanor and commitment to customer service. All personnel showed a positive working dynamic. Excellent service!

My employee tells me I'm checking this Jack in the box, and I'm glad I was my Junior Jumbo Jack was delicious and so my Tacos are all delicious fresh thanks to the night team. Food: 5/5
