I Fratelli Pizza Plano West

When I need some good fast hot pizza for my office I order from them. They are always consistent with the food and the service. Love the pizza. Love the quality. Delivery is always on time and they are always helpful. Brownies and cookies are soft and chewy. Love that the brownies have nuts. You can't find nuts in most things since everyone is allergic to everything. LOL Our favorite pizzas are the Carne Classico, Big Brother and the classic Pepperoni cheese pizza.

I ordered a pizza, picked it up and drove back to work only to find out it was wrong. This happen and I'm not a Karen. So I just called them and they offered to remake it and refund me. I told them I didn't have time due to my lunch break. So they offered to bring the pizza to me, which I accepted. Not only did they deliver it, but also brought me a large with a drink to make it right. That is a great example of turning a mistake into a great experience. Thank you!
