Bidrage med feedbackThe staff and atmosphere at this restaurant were exceptional. Renee truly made our experience memorable - he was energetic and attentive throughout our visit. We decided to sit at the bar and indulge in cocktails and wine (served on tap - how can I have this at home?!), along with the crab dip appetizer. For our mains, we both opted for the filet with broccoli and potato mash, along with some roasted carrots. I highly suggest trying the steak and wine pairing, although I would recommend skipping the crab dip.
I decided to try Fork Fire on a whim after seeing their brunch menu, but I will not be going back. The service was not good, even though there were plenty of servers in the restaurant. We were told there was a "shift change" and that's why we had to wait so long for help, and why the floors were dirty and covered in food. However, the truth was that the waitstaff was sitting at the back tables eating their own meals. The food was average at best, and we were particularly disappointed by the apple pancakes. They tasted like truffles because they were cooked in a reused cast iron skillet that still had the truffle flavor from a previous dish, overpowering the taste of the apples. There was no attention to presentation either.
This restaurant is a great spot with the option to dine indoors or on a patio. The menu offers a variety of reasonably-priced dishes. The wait staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. There is a large bar for those interested, as well as French press coffee for those who prefer it.
Great ambiance, loved the fire pit and lights! Will return
Great live music, and good drinks too. Placed an order for a Cobb Salad which never arrived
