Fogo de Chao Plano

Despite having a reservation, we were seated more than 15 minutes late. The front lobby was crowded with people waiting to be seated. It took over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive at the table. After an hour, only two servers came to offer us meat. The meats we tried were lacking in seasoning. The restaurant was extremely crowded and overbooked. One server was friendly, while another was rude. The salad bar was running low on options due to the overbooking. The bread was the only highlight of the meal.

Paid for endless meat but the meat wasn't endless, hardly ever came around like the waiter promised. The restaurant overbooked itself instead of remaining exclusive. We booked reservations for 830 and didn't get a table until 9pm disappointed in the way the restaurant looked versus the way the restaurant operates. Maybe for lunch but definitely not dinner again. We will keep going to other steak houses that provide a better meal service that matches what we are paying.

Highly disappointed for what was received with the price paid. I will never go back on a Holiday again. We dine here often as a couple so I decided to bring our teens and make it a Valentines date night. Booked a week in advance. And still had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated (which is expected for the holiday. So that wasn’t a problem). The issues came once we were seated. We paid for the full experience and had to ask multiple times for certain cuts. In the entire 2.5 hours we were there. The premium cuts were only brought over once. Until it was after 10 and the crowd died down and our waitress went to tell them multiple times. By this time my husband was the only one still eating because so much had come over soooo undercooked that we did not like it. But because we paid for it; my husband forced himself to eat it. My teens asked for strawberry lemonade/lemonade when we were first seated and no one ever brought them. It took me stopping a manager 25 minutes later to bring them. Our serves K. Was amazing and Bailey was very sweet. They did the best they could with the crowd they had.

The service was horrible, the food wasn’t good, we asked for medium well and it took forever to arrive
