Earls Kitchen Legacy West - Plano

Looked down, didn't see a waiter for 10 min. I had to do the Hostess desk to get help. they weren't much help and had attitude. finally got a server, ordered and waited for an hour before we got entrees. everything was salted. all about bad experience. avoid this place. there is a reason, it is only half full in the busiest night in legacy west.

The worst experience I've ever had. service was extremely poor. forever, until every waitress take our order. the ordered appetizer first and lasted very long to get it and when it finally brought out it was cold. exactly the same happened to our escaped and we couldn't get our waitress or anyone else to tell them our eating was cold.

Our waitress kat was great! I'll be back for more business meetings.

The service was slow, the management was well tried to create it. but it still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Food is good. Service is ok, restaurant is always dirty specially the floor that no one cleans after they dust the table onto the floor. Don’t expect to be seated at your reserved time, we where seated and hour later from our set and confirmed reservation.
