Cicis Pizza - Plano

The restaurant wasn’t cleaned properly and the drink station looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. I was scared to drink from it. The napkins were only stocked in one dispenser and there were no lids for the cups. The highlight of my experience was random people doing face painting and balloon animals in the back. They weren’t affiliated with Cici’s; they were just there. An old man came up to us to let us know it was free to get either done and that they were some of the best face painters in DFW. I did not enjoy having my meal interrupted and being made uncomfortable the rest of the time I was there feeling bad I told this dude no as an adult who obviously doesn’t want a balloon animal. He was also popping balloons. The 2 stars are for the pizza because it was really good.

Creepy old man in the kitchen would not stop staring at me and my fiance while we were in line. He stared for like 2 minutes while we waited to order. It made us so uncomfortable we ended up just leaving. Really weird.

It has been a while since coming here and now remember why we waited so long. The food was surprisingly good. Staff and cleanliness not so much. The floors were filthy, starting upon entering, tables were not clean nobody really seemed to care. Manager and supervisor (I think) were on duty so not sure what their deal was. MOD didnt do a lick except for her paperwork and at least the supervisor finally grabbed an employee to clean off tables. Will not be returning to this location unless cleaner

Been coming to this location for years. Went In last night around 8:40 PM and the manager was counting the till money already. We paid for our buffet and they only had 3 pizzas up. As we were eating several families and couples came in and were turned down by the manager because they said they weren't Making anymore pizzas mind you it wasn't even 9 PM and they close at 10. They had a bunch of kids working and my wife asked if they could make a pepperoni pizza and cinnamon rolls and they all got upset. Have never seen such terrible management at this place it was very disappointing and we will never come to this location ever again. Several people were arguing that they should have a full buffet but they were still turned down.

Food was tasty, fresh, warm and delicious. The cinnamon rolls were amazingly good and always went fast. Staff was courteous and friendly. Place can get busy so they may lag behind in cleaning up. Coupons and internet specials make the experience more worthwhile. Areas to improve upon: ran out of lettuce in the salad bar; drain the pasta, don't let it sit in the water. If you want unlimited, fresh, soft, warm and tasty pizza with made to order options, this is the place! Filling and satisfying!
