Chip's Old Fashioned Hamburgers - Plano

Loved the atmosphere. Large area, lots of seating. Patio was awesome too, waterfront. We have two babies and sometimes it’s intimidating taken them out because people seem to dislike kids these days but the staff was so welcoming. Extra extra points for the Bartender lady, didn’t catch her name but she was exceptional!!Food: 5/5

We are the couple that eats their dessert first: pie! We had both a key lime and a chocolate. The whipped topping was bland as was the key lime. Not much complaint of the chocolate: just wish It was normal crust and not the chocolate crust. Was a bit much. Ordered the burger if the week: black and blue: blue cheese crumbles, caramelized onions, bacon with lettuce and tomato. All burgers cooked medium said the sign. Not mine: it was well done at best causing definite dryness. Bacon was under done as well. But overall, the flavor of the blue cheese made the burger. French fries were flavorless as well, even though there was pepper seasoning. Definitely needing salt. Shoestring onions: a home run! Overall a B-/C+ experience. But we will come back: could just be an off day?

Casual spot to grab a bite and a drink. The hamburger was delicious and the grilled chicken sandwich is truly amazing, sweet potato fries is a must have. You can eat indoors or outdoors, the outdoor seating area is very nice when it’s not too hot. I definitely recommend this place!Food: 5/5

The ambiance is great, and the service is more than adequate. The food looked great; however, the burgers ? were not good enough because they tasted pre-made, and the fries were not hot enough,but the Milkshakes are to die for. I had the caramel salted shake; my granddaughter, their chocolate ?. With tip, I spent over $100.00 for myself, 4 granddaughters, my daughter, and my son-in-law. I would definitely go back, but insist that my food be ?.

Went as a large group. They have plenty of space for group seating inside or outside.. love that this spot is at the Boardwalk at Granite Park. Perfect place to hang out and grab a bite.Their portions sizes are massive no one was able to finish their burgers! We also tried fish and chips best I've had in Texas. I'm pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend.
