Chili's Grill - Plano

New location in Plano Park and Preston really, really nice. The family has always loved Chili?s, so I?m glad it?s back in West Plano. This location is awesome service is great, food is great can?t take a family of six there too often, but at least the food is worth the price. Burgers are huge next time I?ll split one! Chicken fingers are still the best (original, don?t order the crispy). Lots to choose from on the menu, skillet queso is still good. Can?t go wrong with Chili?s and this location is awesome!

Great food and drinks! Was at the bar and had a wonderful drink! Austin the bartender , made me an old school drink called Jamaican paradise! Not on the menu anymore, but he went out his way and made it for me. This will be my part of my weekly list of places to eat at. Place was extremely clean!!!

Had a great experience at this location and it also looks newly modeled than other Chili?s. Restraunt and restrooms were clean. I Came last night an hour before closing and was kind of cautious about the food quality coming near closing hours but the waiter was great and the food was hot and great. Will be the only chilis I come to for now on.

Not liking this Chili?s location. Walked in and asked to be seated at a booth. There was at least 6-8 booths open. The host took us into the bar area, I immediately told him we don?t want to sit in the bar area. Again there?s at least 6-8 booths open in the main dining area. I asked what?s wrong with sitting in the main dining area? This was at 5 pm on a Saturday evening. The host said those sections were closed, even though other folks were spread out in booths in the same section. So he proceeded to seat us at one of picnic style tables in the center of the dining area. At that point, I thought screw you, I was so upset, we just walked out of the restaurant never to return. What kind of business are these people running? They lost our business!

Excellent food and service in a new feeling Chilis. Our server was fantastic and extremely proactive with drinks and chips refills, and this location had a small robot helping to bring out some tables? food causing quite the sensation/entertainment! The food was great very fresh chips, decent salad, and good meat (I hear). The location was easy with good parking, a clearly marked to go entrance (if getting takeout), and decent seating. The only small con was the open airy interior given COVID as little separates tables, but it is what it is.
