24 Hot Chicken Waffle - Plano

Initially, I gave this restaurant a full 5-star review. However, after a disappointing experience with a pickup order through the Uber Eats app, I feel compelled to reevaluate. Despite the food being unsatisfactory and tasteless, the restaurant's response suggested I delayed pickup for an hour, which is untrue. I live only 15 minutes away and left promptly after placing the order. It's disheartening that the restaurant and owner didn't acknowledge the food quality issue and instead resorted to lying. There are many other hot chicken places in Plano and I suggest you go to those instead.

First time trying and it was smashing … it was cooked to order and trust me u won’t be disappointed ??

Food was good, the service was excellent but their wasn't anybody but us here.

Their food is excellent I always enjoy the food here. It’s economical also whole family enjoys here. Simply love this place .Parking: Very big space.Kid-friendliness: The employees are very friendly to my kid.
