Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Enjoyed my experience at this location. The young lady at the counter, Miah, was very friendly to my family and I. They have a couple benches on the side where we sat and enjoyed our sweet treats. Yummm!

I love this place! The staff is super nice! Surprised to see people people call the manager cold . Every time I come we always have a mini convo about any and everything. Ice was super creamy . I love the coconut.

This is a smaller location but in my opinion it has the best flavors. I actually come from a different town to get some. I was going to get my normal lemon. I know basic but then a young lady offered me a sample of Blast citrus. Omggg yum!

After leaving Rita's, my favorite custard frozen ice restaurant, I felt very cold unhappy. I asked for a product added to my order and I will pay for it. I never had this problem at other stops. I was presented by the manager very cold. I wasn't left with a joy to return. I'm spending my money not getting my order for free.

Me and my friend tried to go get ice cream tonight. Their were blinds covering the windows and they appeared closed even though it was 9:30 and they close at 10:00 (according to Google). We were outside waiting for 20 minutes and eventually we had to knock on the window to try to get service, only to be met by a person from inside yelling “we’re closed.” I usually love Rita’s but this is a negative experience that I’ll never forget.
