Punto Peruano - Plainfield

I'm from California and never had Peruvian food. Didn't know what to expect, but I genuinely enjoyed everything. There were 7 of us, and we sampled each others meals. All so good! Thanks

The food is okay, it's not so great. But what we paid is worth the food we have. So expensive for a little tiny anticuchos and 6 Rachi so ridiculous. I ordered Mariscos and again so expensive and so little. They also gave us plastic forks and knives. It's not good for the environment. I do not recommend paying much to this restaurant for a little food. There was a big dish for a little food.

I?m Peruvian and this was not my favorite place. The ceviche was yummy. And the bistec was delicious. The papa a la huancaina, leave it. And the masamorra mixta, don?t do it. It wasn?t that good. Idk. What I tried was hit or miss.

Best Peruvian restaurant in central New Jersey! It has accesible parking in front and at the back of the restaurant. Great location! The service is just as the food: amazing!! Not just your server is the one attending you, all of them come and ask you if you need anything. I usually buy the chicha or other drinks but last time I went there I brought my own tea cause I wasn?t feeling good and my server offered to bring me some ice. I had a previous experience in a different Peruvian restaurant in which I brought my own beverage and the girl looked at me like I was committing a crime and she treated me horribly. The food is incredible, prices are a little too elevated but it?s totally worth it!

Excellent food unfortunately it doesn?t serve liquors and a bit too fatty.
