Wonderful Chinese - Placerville

Located in a secluded area with limited dining options, this restaurant is a popular choice for locals. However, the Chinese cuisine served here is somewhat lackluster and overpriced in my opinion. I would suggest looking for alternative dining options.

I ordered chicken fried rice and a kung pao dish for the table. When we requested the rice that typically comes with the kung pao dish, we were informed that it was unnecessary since we had ordered a separate rice dish. No discount was provided for the kung pao dish without the rice.

This is my go-to Chinese restaurant! The food is always amazing and never fails to impress. The service is consistently friendly and quick. We have never been let down!

I feel that I know this restaurant fairly well having been there often enough in the past three summers I've spent in the area. The food is consistently good and May, the lady that seems to be there all the time is such a personable presence. In my observations, she appears to have such a personal connection with many of the regulars. I have no reservations in recommending this place, a great walk-in restaurant, with fast service, generous in their servings, reasonably priced with a whole lot of hospitality.

Their food is really good, kind of pricey but it is worth it you get more then one meal out of it. I will be going back.
