Mellow charming atmosphere. Great vegetarian fairy.

This is my favorite placerville restaurant! The fresh organic food is hearty and tasty. I feel good at eating here, knowing that I enjoy healthy, whole foods that are oh-so-tasty. With a mostly herbal menu there are many vegetarian and vegan options. But I am always in a position to impress people who, of course, do not engrave vegetarian food by here. While I didn't try anything I didn't like from Cozmic, the Nutburger, the Gold Rush salad and the rice bowls really stand out for me. Portions are huge! The homemade dressings and hummus are exceptional. I also enjoy their smoothies as a treat; with peanut butter and bananas is delicious. In addition, the atmosphere is wonderful. With its historic gold rush era building and fun artwork inside, it is a great place to bring friends to eat good food and just hang. Make sure you look at the stairs above. Every time I placerville I make sure I swing through Cozmic Cafe as I bless her food when I'm gone.

I love this place. It is super cozy and the staff are super friendly, and the food is just so good. The prices are reasonable and the portions are filled. Your nachos may be my favorite, they are so delicious! I wish they had a store nearer where I live, but a little car, just to eat a bite here, it's worth it.

The food is flavorful and delicious, all the while feeling chock full of good nutrients. It does not come put quickly from the kitchen, so grab a muffin if you're starved. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice staff.
