Chipotle Mexican Grill - Placentia

Tried it for the third time and now I can consistently say this restaurant goes above and beyond with their portion sizes and service. There?s this Asian girl with blond highlights that always gives plenty of rice and always asks how my day was and honestly a credit to the store. Go to this one!! And ask for Serene if you can.

Compared to other Chipotle locations I have visited, this restaurant consistently serves less than half the normal portion size. The rice is always rock hard and the chicken is often barely edible. Despite giving it multiple chances, I have consistently been disappointed.

I was extremely impressed with Noah, the tall guy. The experience of ordering from Chipotle and meeting him was so wonderful that I just had to give a shout out. He goes above and beyond, always making fresh food. The customer service is top-notch, 100% the best.

Although I am not a vegan, I decided to try the vegan chorizo dish with white rice, black beans, corn, lettuce, and guacamole at this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing flavor. I had previously tried the salad without meat and enjoyed it, but the addition of the chorizo took it to a whole new level. Thank you for offering this delicious option on the menu.

This used to be my go to Chipotle. However, the past few times I’ve ordered from here the portions have been so small. Sides of queso have been less than half full, double protein has been less than a standard protein amount, and any time I ask for extra anything it just does not happen. Furthermore, the staff really isn’t helpful in correcting issues and couldn’t care less about complaints.
