Teddy's - Pittsfield

Just took my business to Teddy's for the first time, it won't be the last! The people were friendly, the price good and the food great! Can't wait to go back.

Really friendly owners, tuna sandwich was really good. Veggies and salad was very fresh. I recommend!!

No frills, but if you want good pizza and gyros in a friendly atmosphere, Teddy's is a good bet. Insider tip: try the onion rings. Nice and crunchy. They go down nice with a Yuengling.

I ordered an arugula salad but i received only spinach and cranberries (missing the apples as well). i called asking for a refund but they were adamant it 's arugula. I now can 't start my car so that i can bring it in to show them so I 'm leaving a review while I wait for AAA. I have pictures but i don 't know how to submit them. I 'm frustrated that they charge $9 for a literal handful of leaves and are not willing to give a refund when the order isn 't correct, especially after i politely waited an additional 15 minutes after the half hour window of time for pick up orders bc they hadn 't even started making my order. The other issue is there 's a picture under 'photos by owner ' of what 's labeled as 'souvlaki pizza '. The photo was what i was expecting to receive but that is not what the product actually is. It 's not categorized as a users photo so it would be helpful if the business updated photos adding the items name so that in the future i can accurately identify the specialty pizzas.
