*edited to add, if Uber eats had an updated description we wouldn’t have ordered ground brisket obviouslyGiving 3 stars because we’ve ordered a few times previously and it was always so so good. Have had the pulled pork sandwiches, brisket entree, ribs. Very expensive but worth it until now. They changed their brisket from the slab to a ground up situation brisket. It was so surprising I called and was told year and a half ago they switched from slab to the ground and it was much better. It was not. They put the fries in the same container so our entire bottom layer of fries soaked in grease. Also they seem to have changed the Mac and cheese too. It was still pretty good but a different texture/color. Won’t be ordering again as it was hard to justify the price and not worth the risk.

The BBQ wasn't that good. It was pretty tasteless, in fact. The BBQ sauce was even tasteless. I'm not sure how you make BBQ sauce without any flavor, but they managed it.Food: 2/5

I'm a vegetarian and believe it or not I usually love this place. Today I called for my normal sides, the only items I can eat on the menu, to find out they are out of corn. Fine, we'll grab some elsewhere. But then they called after my husband already left to get my meal to say they are also out of sweet potatoes. I'm pretty sure giant eagle is a few blocks away and they usually carry both corn and sweet potatoes... so not sure why you're so under prepared for your already very limited menu. Now I'm stuck with a meeting to go to in 30 mins and not enough time to find a veggie replacement elsewhere.

Where do I start? The kids' pizza fruit were good. The mac cheese with the ribs, not so much. Ribs are chewy classic bbq sauce is super spicy. I was really excited about the Snickers cup. It was delicious till the very end. I found no joke a part of a clear plastic bag in my desert. Needless to say I'll never go backFood: 2/5
