Ruth's Chris Steak House - Pittsburgh

Zach was a wonderful waiter. The food was delicious as usual.

Our waiter started very nice, but if we don't order any alcohol or apps, except salad, he just seemed to dispense with our table, although there were only 3 tables in the whole restaurant. We all ordered steaks as well as the filled chicken and it was absolutely delicious. The rest of the staff was nice, but we didn't get any refills on one of our drinks except water. He was very attentive to his other 2 tables of older couples (we are in our early twenties) and he went from our table at least 5-6 times without stopping over. I only feel that we were not treated as the “older” couples that would be perceived to have more money than we could. I had experiences in several nice restaurants in Pittsburgh, I'm not the type to write reviews, but my birthday dinner was somehow ruined as everyone was angry all night. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back, although the food was amazing.

1 of our favorite restaurants, Ruth Chris never disappointed. Had the 11oz Filet (Oscar Style) Hummer Mac Cheese, Au-Gratin Potatoes. Everything was amazing. Steaks come out sizzling 500 degrees and are so tenderly juicy. Plus our servers (ZACH CARTER) were excellent! You took care of us so well, the experience so personalized, some of the best customer services we had in a long time! They even gave my wife a piece of birthday cheesecake sang happy birthday to her. We loved it! Next time we go back, we will definitely ask for (ZACH CARTER)! So if you are looking for an amazing meal, great service fantastic atmosphere, go to Ruth Chris in downtown Pittsburgh.

We had an amazing experience, from comfortable validated parking to warm farewell at the end. Every aspect made it a very nice evening.

Very nice experience 1st visit. Had filet mignon with lobster tail-both cooked perfectly and ooo Laila tasty. My husband enjoyed as well a special touch birthday surprise!
