Outback Steakhouse Pittsburgh

Terrible experience at the McCandless Outback. My husband ordered the potatoes soup and a well done Sirloin steak. The soup took forever and when it came to the table it was a dry bunch of potatoes with no liquid. We asked to see the manager and she came to our table ready with an excuse in her lips and really seemed like she could care less. She did take the soup off our check. Then the steak came charred to a crisp. No juice and difficult to chew. My husband hadn't had a steak in 8 years due to health issues and this is what he got a charred steak! Asked to have the manager again to come look at the steak. She didn't come over and just sent the server back with the check with the steak taken off. I asked for the manager to personally come over and the first thing out of her mouth was an excuse. No apology and a smirk on her face. Terrible food and even more terrible management. Don't waste your hard earned money on this particular Outback location.

We had the best service we’ve ever received at Outback Steakhouse on Mother’s Day 2022. We had 12 people in our party so we were a little worried. But our server Kathleen was super awesome! She made sure our drinks were never empty and we wanted for nothing. She was continually checking on us along with her other tables. I can’t say enough great things about her. She was super nice and made sure everyone including the kids were well taken care of. Had a great time. The only critique of our meal was that a couple of our steaks were a little over cooked, but it did not detract from the meal. And it wasn’t enough to mention it to our server. If you visit this Outback, ask to sit in Kathleen’s section. You won’t be disappointed!

I used to live near a Texas Roadhouse, so this was my first experience dining at Outback; my spouse and I decided to have dinner there with our young child. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional! Our server, Connor, was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. Our glasses were never empty, and he even offered to bring extra bread to keep our hungry toddler content. We will definitely be returning, and we hope to have Connor serve us again.

Had a nice dinner here, I loved the brot and the butter! service was smooth and fast. I enjoyed the Coconut War Attizer. I didn't like the bark.

Out of outback and it was delicious! I wasn't there yet, but I'm going to go back. the steak was perfectly cooked.
