Ihop - Pittsburgh

The service was excellent and these Texas French toast were amazing. the customer service was very warm and thoughtful for my daughter and wife. further to maintain it. we thank them. my wife loved her huh and pancakes. we're coming back. child-friendly: my daughter loved it. they were very nice to her and made sure that she had her painting template for her entertainment. parking space: spacious.

On Sunday, sitting somehow the hurry and were sitting fast. our server was polite and helpful, but had a lot on her teller. I think there were only 2 servers? I felt bad, she apologised for everything that took so long, but everything was delicious. absolutely perfect to take the children for a meal I didn't have to do!

The food was okay, but the service was rough. tried to call 2 hours in advance to get a table reserved and was told that they could not take reservations because they were too busy. They're not busy. our waitress disappeared about an hour before the order. Plastic cutlery to cut steak. our table was sticky, they never brought the high chair we demanded. in the 2.5 hours we were there (by the power of waiting) we saw our waitress maybe 3 times. ridiculus

Today was the first time after ihop. there was a small amount waiting to sit when I and my engaged arrived. I was expecting that was so good. about 20 minutes later we sat. the waitress was nice and took our order. his food came over an hour later. the same waitress said I didn't order anything funny because I told her what I wanted first. she apologised and said she would put a hurry on it and that we were not accused. I'll let them know. I want it to be the way we had been there for a long time, as long as it is and people come after we get her to eat and go before us. he ordered an omelette and I ordered the split decision breakfast. about 25 minutes later comes a guy with my food, it wasn't going as I said to the waitress, so I asked him if I could have it to go. we go, go home, I opened the container and find that the eggs were fed on. they have also messed up other orders of folks when we were there. but to spit in a couple, eating is crazy for me. So please be careful when you come here. I made a photo of it. the spits is located at the bottom of the egg and between the speck on the container. smfh

I went with a friend this morning and the service was amazing! There was maybe 10 people in front of us and the wait was only 20 minutes, which is not bad at all considering it was 11am on busy Sunday before Labor Day. Everyone was super kind, attentive, and hard working. The food came out fresh, fast and delicious! More customers need to recognize hard working employees. Everyone is still short staffed, so please be kind to everyone who showed up/is training. I would definitely recommend this location and return in the near future!!!
