Wingstop - Pittman

This place has terrible food, terrible customer service and got my whole order wrong. Needs new management. Wing order was wrong, fries were old and cold. I ordered a combo and didn’t get a drink. I called to complain and get a refund and the manager forgot I was on the phone. I had call back several times for her to tell me she could not refund the purchase unless I brought the food back but by the time I realized my whole order was gone and finally got someone on the line I was more than 30 minutes away. The manager was not remorseful at all. This place needs new management. The WingStop near me in Smyrna is always good.

One of my favorite local places to go and get wings and burgers. They've got a great selection of food and I love their ranch and tater tots.

I ordered Uber eats from here sometimes. They always have my order correct. Only thing I can complain about is they didn't fill my drinks even close to full and I couldn't reach them on the phone for a long time to tell them light ice in them. Foods always cooked great and fast.

The GM is sooo unprofessional.. She rather go back and forth than fix my order that was under cooked.
