Bidrage med feedbackFood at the Willow was very good, however, when serving a buffet, the server should make sure the used plates are removed before the customer brings another plate of food to the table. Also, new silverware should be provided before customer returns with new plate of food. it is absolutely necessary that the table be clean at all times.
We enjoyed the partial view. window, waiter and meal. not so cozy and inviting and loud music that was moderated for us.
We had a table of 10 for a birthday celebration our waiter was very attentive helpful! Everyone seemed to enjoy the food desserts:
Nice light from wall to wall windows. The food that was provided in new breakfast buffet was generally of good quality but far too limited for $25. (Included 'self make ' waffle bar that is the same as those provided in my hotel 's free breakfast! Deserts, which are usually the highlight of buffets, were very lacking only 2 previously frozen generic pies. Their lacking was emphasized by placement of the buffet desert table which was situated next to deserts for sale display which showcased far more decadent options.
We were staying at the hotel nearby so we went for lunch and dinner. Lunch was pretty good, it was very slow. The fries were great, salad and tacos good, but caprese sandwich just ok. We went for dinner and it was more crowded. Service was extremely slow, had to send back the salmon because it wasnt cooked, and no cherries in the shirley temple!! They were friendly, but overall the experience was not great except for the amazing view. I'm sure there are plenty of other restaurants that are much better with a similar view for a better experience for the money.
