Applebee's - Piscataway

I love pouring my own perfect margarita? they are the little things in life. it feels like the drink is endless? we ordered three of them!

Eat is great, but our waitress (name was gilley p. was so rude and inhospitable. would not stop coughing us over the shook, although we still eat and drink and still were not there an hour. never complain, but this lady was the most rude server I ever met in my whole life.

Suppe was room temperature. my mother ate something first. I'm waiting for my lunch very long to find out it was taken on the wrong table. they had to regain it and were taken off the bill

Bad eating grilled chicken from freezer heated in microwave. the food was bad and the manager did not accept any return from eating, even if we did not even eat a crumb.

I order from Applebee's about once a month while at work. I use the app and always request plasticware/silverware. The last 2 times I have not gotten any. It's on my receipt but nothing. I realize this might sound like a small issue to some but when you order things you expect to receive them. As you can see by the receipt it is listed. Today there was an issue with Doordash, can't fault Applebee's for that as they had the food ready for pickup. What I can say is I ordered the Oriental Chicken Wrap with the dressing is on the side. Today though, no dressing. Now I can tell you eating a salad without dressing is very dry. I'm very disappointed that whoever packed the order up didn't make sure everything was in the order.
