Cultura Viviente - Pisac

Okay, so I really excited to eat the ceviche de champiñones. sad was my part really small, almost consisted of wobbles- was really hard to find the few mushrooms in this dish haha. they served it with roasted corn/canachitas, but sad with nothing else - in which rule would be served with some camote or chifles. Also.It is a very white volk hippy place / did not feel very well.

Which has met me since my arrival in cultura viviente was the full consciousness what and how they serve. food air fried, gluten-free, sugar-free, chemically free, no aluminum pots, cheap daily menu, eat on ton dishes served! the list of options is creatiw and traditional at the same time I have never seen such a list of hot drinks and elixirs that I did not even know that they existed! delicious, fairly cheap, quite consciously local business! I come back and come back and come back!

First, eating is much overpriced for what it is, and not really good at all. one of us has a big pizza and everything I can say is that a big pizza for s/30 should not let anyone starve! I got a quesadilla, and while the idea of a homemade packaging is great, it could at least be boiled properly, especially since it took almost 45 minutes to get it when we were the only in the restaurant, certainly there was enough time to cook the packaging completely. I came there in the days of preparation for an ayahuasca ceremony and told them that while ordering so my food was quite boring (no salt, or flavor allowed on the diet basically haha) but I was very touched that my server took such care in safeguarding my dieta, and I saw a lot of very delicious looking plates come out that had great smells so surely good flavor. It’s decently priced, with a beautiful eating room, organic medicinals, and a rooftop garden. So far my favorite vegan restaurant in Pisac
