Poldino - PISA

Amazing place outside of Pisa. Deer and wild boar strip the terrain, the waiting staff is really professional and accommodating. The food is exquisite. For Dolce, you must have the cheese cake. It's different than any cheesecake I've ever had.

Never eat so well. I still throw the dishes in my head.

This is a place to visit both for the food, wine cellar and the decor. At first from the outside it did not strike me but after being shown to our table the opinion changed. The hospitality is also good with an elderly waiter being superlative. Book before to avoid disappointment.
