Giapponese Ijy - PISA

First time I went to a sushi restaurant in a long time and I couldn’t more happy to have come here with a group of friends. Everything we tasted was excellent and mouth-watering: we couldn’t decide which dish was the best! I hope to come back very soon

Pricier than the competition but definitely superior quality. Service can be slow on busy days.

For some people, eating out is a normal activity in their daily life; but for some others, they need to save money for a special occasion. I went here because it’s the second day of lunar new year, i want my first dine in is delicious and be a good start of my year. I was disappointed! The service is fast and good. Nice presentation of the food. However, what’s most important of the restaurant is lacking, which is the quality of the food. At the beginning of the meal I ordered three starters sushi dishes and they served me with dried rice sushi. I felt like eating papers. The salad is good it rescued my appetite. After that, the sashimi came with nice presentation but it’s not fresh and cool. I ordered some other sushi dishes and I’m not impressed, i tried to clean my stomach with a warm soup. They gave me a stale and cold miso soup. I completely lost my appetite. I paid the ~19€ bill and went home with dissatisfaction. Thank you for ruin my experience and i hope yall read this.

One of the best places to try authentic sushi in Pisa. They have good quality and variety. They don't have much offering in terms of fried sushi. Their rice quality is great. The presentation is amazing. The staff is ok, and not as welcoming as other places but it depends. It is very difficult expensive and I would say that in terms of price and quality , the price should have been a bit lower. Still worth trying.

Excellent all you can eat (excludes drinks deserts) value. Beautifully presented. Fast service. Would come back here again in a heart beat. 10/10
