Galileo - PISA

Staff were very patient with my mixture of French and Italian! Food was simply delicious, from the Ragu, risotto, and panacotta to the homemade bread. I would definitely recommend and go back for more.

Fantastic local dishes at this restaurant where the locals eat! The baked pecorino with grilled vegetables was to die for and my husband very much enjoyed the baked cod in tomato sauce. We forgot to order the roast potatoes (garlic rosemary) but they arrived before we were halfway through our meal.

We were recommended to this small restaurant by our hotel staff who described it as having the atmosphere and prices of a trattoria. We had the 10 euro lunch menu, two courses on a divided plate, water, dessert and coffee. The carpaccio and the sausage pasta were excellent, with good gluten-free pasta willingly provided. Lots of locals eat lunch here and service was cheerful and efficient.

I celebrated my birthday here and it was all perfect! delicious pizzas and friendly staff, so I could only give 5 stars
