Nothing special about the Chinese classic that you find in Italy
Chinese restaurant 80s is one of the best discoveries of the last 6 months in Eastern cuisine and, of course, Chinese specifically. unlike many others who leave the impression of mistaking some rather unscrupulous dishes (soy sauces with vegetables, spring rolls, almond chicken,) here you have the feeling that it is all thought and cooked in respect of tradition. and he also feels to the goto. spring rolls do not remember the frozen ones found in supermarkets, but dissolve in the mouth and the filling is clearly handmade. ravioli are the keys to access paradise in every version: either steam or plate, spicy or not, you can't stop eating them. It is worth going to the restaurant even only to make a dinner only based on ravioli. the second are cured, delicate in the flavor that is then enriched as by tradition with soy sauce. sweets are special and fried ice cream is delicious, nothing to do with the grease ball that you eat in many other aspirant Chinese restaurants. The service is a bit slow, but I didn't find a flaw. Why? This is a heavy kitchen, the fact that between one flow and the other a little time has favored a better digestion. we are not ocited by the restaurant with that unpleasant feeling of excessive fullness that it has when you eat so much and too quickly, in short. The thing that leaves to be desired, in my opinion, is the decor. the place is small, graceful and unpretentious. but chairs are unguardable and prints on the walls could be replaced with something nicer to create an environment in line with the quality of food. remains one of my favorite pisa restaurants.
Absolutely the best ever tested, especially frequented by Chinese. !
Great variety of dishes, not the usual Chinese restaurants. Very well.
