Mother's day 2019 food was great everything was fresh, service was wonderful, there was a large crowd but everyone was takencare of in a timely manner, love gong for the atmosphere and the food, best Mother's day ever

Worth visiting for the beautiful view and the great hiking! However, the lunch buffet was very hit and miss; misses included dry rolls, and extremely bland (and likely canned) green beans and corn; hits included nicely breaded and well-seasoned catfish (but it was cold from the buffet), whipped mashed potatoes, and delicious potato soup (creamy and with large potato chunks).

Mother's Day Buffet, May 10, 2015. My 82 year old Mother wanted to go to the Park to eat the catfish, it was her favorite food. We got there about 4 pm. The waitress said they would be putting fresh food out anytime. The mashed potatoes were dried out and brown on the edges! The salad fixings were warm and the salad dressing was also! Instead of listing what was there, I will say this, everything was cold that was suppose to be hot and everything was hot that was suppose to be cold! The catfish was so cold that the oil was white in the pan! After complaining quite a bit, fresh fish was brought out, but couldn't be ate due to be fixed in old oil! It had burned particles all over it! My Little Mother was so disappointed and I was embarrassed because I took her there! It was a $120.00 for 6 people! After complaining about the price, we were given a 30 percent discount by the waitress, the Manager would not even come over to our table! Mom enjoyed Dairy Queen, because that's where I had to take her to eat after we left the park, because she could not eat their food! For only $6.00! Should have went there, the food was a 100 percent better!
