Don't call it Fast Food. You try to open the app and every time there is an update that wastes your time. You arrive and the interactive totems for orders don't work, in fact I'm without the paper roll to print the receipt, really distressing. You pay at the checkout after waiting a long time even though there was practically no queue. I don't know how much longer I waited before asking for a refund of the receipt and leaving. While I was waiting, the staff behind the counter spent the time laughing, joking and making jokes. There would be nothing wrong with a friendly and cheerful work environment, but disorganization is embarrassing.
