Bidrage med feedbackWhile the Kovid most mcdonald's have limited access to the dining room, they focus on the drive thru. This seems to be a business change of convenience for them. I drive a vehicle that is not very good thru the drive thru..and, if I is made after a special order and an error, it cannot be fixed. So I concentrated on other restaurants at that time
I need to rate these McDonalds 3 stars. My food was fresh and timely, but when I came home, they gave me only half of my order. After returning, the workers gave me a hard time as I was lying, but I know that some people lie for free food all the time. The manager came out to get me the food and he was very apologetic and friendly. Our food was good.
Today we have McRibs. Although they are seasonal and very, very chaotic, they were delicious. And frits are always best when you cook light and squishy. I ordered forward over the app, but still wait 25 minutes until they drop fresh frits.
Staff are working hard, they take care of their customers the right way. The restaurant is always clean. They make sure their customers are satisfied and take care of!!
They DENIED me to use the restroom. I have loved McDonald's for so many years. I am 74 and have prostate cancer and needed to urinate so urgently. I was in pain. I tried to explain my need to urinate but the guy wouldn't allow me to use the bathroom. Why was the guy so rude? Is this the new McDonald's policy? I don't think so. Of course, after the restroom I was going to purchase food. What do you think I did? Yes, I purchased at the drive-through. I still love McDonald's. One rude guy can't destroy the legacy of Ray Kroc. I read the story of McDonald's by John Love in 1994. I wonder if this rude guy ever read it . My name is Hugo Morales and I'm proud to be an American citizen.
