Callaway Resort Gardens - Pine Mountain

Overall our stay was good, but our room teppich was worn and dirty. the seafood buffet was overpriced and underwhelming $45.00 per. we consider a return visit tho only from the buffet.

The bike paths were maintained and great-the rooms felt like 1070-and the hostess at the piedmont and the guy at the front desk need lessons on how to do whatever you can to make it better for the customer

I will keep it simple. Cons- 1)booking online is not easy and reservations team can’t answer simple questions. 2)stains on carpet in hallway and rooms 3) pool closes at dusk and should stay open till 10pm 4) firm on 4pm checkin so if you are there for one night, limited on experience 5) more dietary friendly options on menu (gluten free bun is easy) Pros- 1) luggage hold so you can drop items off before 4pm checkin and visit gardens 2) Butterfly house is amazing 3) pool and bartender were fabulous 4) Carson’s tap drinks were unique and great 5) bathrooms in rooms are fabulous 6) balconies in each room is ideal for early morning coffee and a glass of wine at night 7) grounds are well maintained 8) lots of options to do as a family or couple

We booked this resort as part of a group for a reunion. Unfortunately some of the bedding and the carpet were stained. Also the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. It was a one-off experience that we are not likely to repeat.

Enjoyed our stay in pine mountain. Food was very good and reasonable. Golf was not as good as expected as the rough was not properly maintained. Visited the gardens and enjoyed the butterfly garden in particular.
