Tim Hortons - Pincher Creek

Stopped in for a medium dark roast with milk mid-morning. The place is convenient for Hwy 6 travelers, taking the roundabout above town to Hewetson Ave. Serving staff was efficient. There’s a variety of seating.

I get an iced coffee almost every morning because it’s the cheapest and most convenient place in town. The drinks are VERY inconsistent. Sometimes ice, sometimes not. Usually more milk and cream than anything. The service is absolutely horrendous, except for Ed. He is great. They absolutely never say “hello” or “thanks”. Not a word spoken unless it’s by me. They basically throw the food at you through the window. And this morning was my final straw. They handed me my coffee which was already overflowing, I grabbed it and the lid wasn’t even close to being on it. It spilled all over me and my truck, and all I had was the one crumpled up napkin they gave me to clean it up. A sticky mess and gross cold cream absolutely everywhere on my way to work. No apologies, absolutely nothing said once again. Also the sandwich was rock solid and cold. Not happy, not impressed. Thinking it’s about time for the owners to actually read these reviews and make some changes because it’s been getting worse and worse every damn day.

The older lady serving us was extremely rude to my group, I’m assuming due to our age (we are a group of 18 year olds on a hiking trip). We got bad quality coffee, and the other customers were also quite rude. Terrible service, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

We chose to purchase coffee and muffins at Timmies as they have consistently good coffee and fresh muffins as opposed to the motel fare

I ordered a caramel cold brew, but they forgot to add the foam on top. The hot coffee I ordered was very watery and they completely forgot to add the sugar I requested. The quality of the drinks was terrible.
