Great service and friendly staff with the exception of one lady by the name of Thandeka... a thief of note. This lady previously robbed me of three smoothie vouchers from vodacom. She had the audacity to tell me that the fault was on vodacoms side. The owner, Nana... was understanding at first and then ignored me totally seemingly protecting the staff member. Be weary when redeeming vouchers at KAUAI.

A pleasant staff who always very helpful. Somewhat overpriced. But this is franchise issue. Unfortunately as the actual store is located beyond the barrier of the Virgin Active one can 'see but not partake '. I assume the gym is attempting to create an air of exclusivity or boost membership by creating feel of the public as 'lesser mortals '.As a result one is always forced to wait with the demeanor of a beggar or poor relative while the staff take ones order and then returns with it and hands it 'over the fence '.

Delicious smoothies and meals!! The staff are absolutely fantastic!

Food is good and staff try their best. They do get a few things mixed up, don't clarify if you want milk in your coffee or not etc. Minor things considering a positive attitude.
