Bidrage med feedbackWent here for Friday lunch. We are a group of 9 people. If you are a local, you can get a membership for $15 valid for 3 years. We got some champagne to celebrate and it was pretty cheap for the price. As for the food, the scotch fillet, the fish and the duck were all very good. The portion will fill you up and it was really tasty. I will probably go with colleagues to try the place again since I want to try the other dishes in the menu.
We just moved to Picton and looking for a regular favourite, we have found it! The staffs are really friendly, the place has a good feel about it and the food …. what’s not to like? The photos speak for themselves. Amazing how the staff care about the food, the presentation and the customers.
The Bowling Pheasant is excellent. Great food, warm service and exceptional value. The food is miles ahead of any competitor and only moderately more expensive. Good food lovers will be impressed. It's a shame the rest of the venue is lacking though. Three greens and only one group were allowed to play at a time. What? Play your cards right and Picton Bowling Club could become a culinary destination. I hope it's a success.
Really great fresh food. We heard on the radio about the new restaurant owners and had to come. Food was fresh , locally sourced , well balanced taste. We had pork schnitzel and burgers. The chips were the cruchiest we have had. I recommend rhubarb crumble for desert. Parking at front. Book ahead as it will get busy. Definitely coming back.
