Dirty tables... my burger tasted like it was reheated from the night before... Norms isnt good anymore. The past 3 visits have been garbage

I had to leave a review for Paula! She is the best server at this norms. She is fast and very attentive. She gives excellent service. We only sit down with her because of her positive attitude. Makes spending my money more pleasant. She deserves to be acknowledged by the company.

IF The stakes where undercooked when we ask for well done other than that everything thing else we order was delicious even the lemonades where bomb prices have gone up

Nolan the “manager” is a joke. He ignored my elderly mother when she was waiting patiently to be acknowledged then when he heard she wanted to place an order for take out he stated he would get the manager and never came back. Another server finally assisted my mom after checking on her to see if she had been helped. My mom mentioned the previous person had said the manager was coming to take her order, only to find out that that man was the manager. It’s sad to see how places have no empathy for people.
