Mcdonald's Restaurants - Pickering

We do not eat at McDonalds very often, and after this visit we knew why. Although it was 2:15pm, the line-up was long and it took almost 15 minutes to get our meals. We order nothing special and for the 5 of us...(including 2 children)...it cost us $55 and change. We could not find seating together even at this time of day. There seem to be a lack of tables but much space to stand around...perhaps for the long line-ups! The washroom was very dirty and it was a poor decision to eat at this location>

By the time we ordered 2 hamburgers with bacon and cheese plus 2 french fries our bill was almost $20, now that is something to think about. Its just too expensive. Gone are the days of cheap takeout.

I do not eat here, other than a breakfast item if I am on the road, however the coffee is as good or better than the stuff from the hockey players store.

Not very well designed, the order/counter area is small. The seating is obscure, a lot of wasted space. If you want a children's play area do not go to this one it's very small. Overall not one of the best McDonalds even the drive in portion is chaotic and the parking lot is very small.

Met a friend for lunch but it was very busy with high school students which made it noisy.I would suggest a later lunch maybe 1.00pm or 2.00pm It was so much quieter when the kids had left. The food was OK we had coupons, which they gave us back after we used them, so that we can use them again, it made a very cheap meal. The staff were very nice.
