The low score of this review is not because of the food, which was on average (classical Piacenza cuisine). But mainly on the service... some variations were required on the menu, regarding the appetizers, that is to replace the bacon of a salami tris with the raw ham, which was part of another appetizer, and we were told that it was not possible, and that they were to be taken both. Then I asked if you could have funghetti apart, and the answer was the same... it was necessary to take the appetizer that included them. Obviously those requests were not intended for free, but paying the right supplement for an extra menu. There is no such answer from the waiter (who, for his part, probably only followed such a senseless and absurd internal policy) The customer is always right, and if an extra is required, he must always be answered. The more so if the ingredient in question is mentioned in the menu. Of one thing I am sure, even if the food was not bad, I will never return to this restaurant, where even the price is excessive for the poor service offered and no attention to the customer, even when it advances requests so simple to fulfill. A women's day lunch with colleagues. Initially requesting a place near the windows, they thought, with foresight, to reserve a small room for us. It was an extra thoughtfulness towards a colleague.
