This is a small jewel if you want a beautiful, beautiful culinary experience. The frozen Nougat Dessert was to die, one of the best and most original desserts I ever had, and the presentation was fabulous. We also had the Papaya salad, (deconstructed) mushroom cake and rice gnocchi. My favs were the Papaya salad and dessert, but everything was very delicious and beautiful presented. We were two, and divided two appetizers, one main and one dessert, and were very full. Next time I would decide to share 1 of everyone in the hope that they would be space for a second divine dessert. The service is excellent, book before, they seem to prefer it. It is a white table cloth type of place so feel free to dress up a little. I hope to get back soon!

Amazing, fine restaurant with magnificent views over the sea, beautiful decor and friendly attentive staff who speak good English and have a good understanding of veganism. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu and there is a 6 course vegan meal offered on Sunday. They brought us several menus that had a great choice for vegans and we could pick them up. Prices are quite high compared to standard restaurants in Vietnam, but very reasonable for quality and service. It has each worked around 1 mile VND and we had 2 cocktails, and a 3 course meal that you would pay at least 3x the price in a western country. We were able to book easily, although it was not crowded, so we don't need it. Very recommended!

A few vegan options available and they all sounded great. When we sat down they brought us bread with butter, but instantly switched it to olive oil and balsamic when I said I’m vegan. I had tomato tartare for the starter and ate mushroom/veggie gnocchi for the main course. I’d say they were pretty delicious! The service was top-notch.

We couldn’t try this place because they don’t take bookings from people who aren’t staying in the hotel/resort. If you really want to try it, try booking very early in advance see if you have any luck :
